What to include
You do not need to prepare a formal brief. A few sentences covering these points will help me understand where to begin.
- What you have Study data—including receiver logs, metadata, and field records—or acoustic telemetry equipment, an existing method, or software already in use.
- What you need A coherent dataset for analysis, a new method to develop or evaluate, or software for a defined workflow.
- What matters The intended use, any important timing, and the technical or operational constraints you already know about.
